For over seven years, Colin held onto a quiet vision: a neighborhood coffee shop where people could gather, slow down, and feel part of something real. A space built with intention, inspired by a love of history, craftsmanship, and the kind of care that shows up in the details. A place where community could grow, not by accident, but on purpose.

Sarah has always been an entrepreneur at heart. She studied small business in college, and while she set those dreams aside to raise young kids, the spark never left. Now, she brings her passion for people and high-quality, handcrafted things to every part of Quincy, from the feel of the space to the culture we're building.

Together, we’re creating more than a coffee shop. We’re creating a space where people are invited to unplug, to be present, and to reconnect with themselves, with each other, and with the moment. A place where the pace slows down and real conversation takes root.
