1. Overview

This Membership Agreement is between the participant (“Member”) and Quincy Coffee, LLC (“Quincy Coffee”). By purchasing a membership tier in the Founders Program, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Membership tiers represent a one-time, voluntary contribution to support Quincy Coffee. All tiers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and limited in quantity.

2. Membership Tiers and Benefits

Tier 1: The Petitioners ($25)
• Quincy Coffee Sticker
• Branded Hat
• Name listed on Digital Founders Wall

Tier 2: The Provisioners ($50)
Limited to 1,827 members
• Branded Hat
• Branded T-Shirt
• Quincy Coffee Sticker
• Name listed on Digital Founders Wall

Tier 3: The Cornerstones ($150)
Limited to 150 members

• Invite to soft opening event
• Custom Quincy “Cornerstone” T-Shirt
• Exclusive Cornerstone Mug
• Free drink on opening day
• Quincy Coffee Sticker
• Branded Hat
• Name listed on Digital Founders Wall
• Cornerstone Coffee Card
• 1lb of fresh roasted coffee beans

Tier 4: The Founders ($500)
Limited to 56 members
• Lifetime Travel Mug – 1 brewed coffee or hot tea per day, for life
  - Official Founders Mug must be physically presented at time of redemption
  - One redemption per calendar day, in-person only
  - Lost or damaged mugs may be replaced for a fee
• Quincy Coffee Sticker
• Branded Hat
• Branded T-Shirt
• Exclusive Cornerstone Mug
• Free drink on opening day
• 1lb of fresh roasted coffee beans
• VIP invite to soft opening event
• Early access to secret menus, merch, and future perks
• Personalized, numbered “Founding Member” certificate

3. Terms & Conditions

• Benefits begin on Quincy Coffee’s official grand opening date.
• Only the original Member may redeem benefits.
• The official Founders Mug must be presented to redeem Tier 4 daily drink benefits.
• Benefits may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time due to business needs or circumstances.
• Memberships remain valid only while Quincy Coffee operates under its current ownership and brand.

4. Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• If Quincy Coffee fails to open by January 1, 2026, refunds may be considered at Quincy Coffee’s sole discretion upon written request.

5. Liability Disclaimer

By participating, the Member agrees that:
• This membership is not an investment or equity interest.
• Quincy Coffee assumes no liability for loss or modification of benefits, business changes, closures, or delays.
• Quincy Coffee is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages or dissatisfaction.
• Participation is at the Member’s own risk; all benefits are provided "as-is" and "as available."

6. Agreement Acknowledgment

By purchasing a Founders Program membership tier, the Member confirms they have read and accepted this Agreement and tier details available at www.quincycoffeeco.com.
